Here's
how the On-Demand CD-R Auto Fulfillment System works: |

Step
#1:
|
The On-Demand CD-R
commands from any source processed by the database server (JC
Production Server Software). A command can be sent from anywhere
such as a web server, your company's production control, or an
individual engineer/user. |
|
|
Step #2:
|
A blank CD-R is picked
up by a robotic arm and placed on the CD writer. After the CD-R
is written and verified, the label is printed onto
the CD-R. It is possible to dynamically print customized CD
labels for each CD including serial number, customer's name, and
other information. |
|
Step #3:
|
The address label can
be printed automatically for mailing. The database can be used
for all your needs including accounting, payment, billing, etc. |
|
Step #4:
|
A large quantity can
be processed with minimum surveillance. Hardware options can
provide the production through-put of 500 to 5,000 CDs per
month. |
